By accessing the Site or using the Services, you accept this Agreement as a legally binding contract. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a new effective date. By continuing to use the Site or Services, you confirm your agreement with the updated Terms.

2. Scope of Warranty

a. What’s Covered

This limited warranty covers parts and labor performed by Xpress Oil technicians.
The warranty is valid for 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first, and applies only to the original customer.

b. Confirmation and Records

Customers receive a service report and may be invited to confirm the quality of service.
Service records are retained for a minimum of 5 years and may include time-stamped photos.

3. Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear, vehicle age, or pre-existing conditions;
Engine damage unrelated to the oil change;
Damage resulting from third-party interference, unauthorized repairs, or negligence (e.g., ignoring dashboard warnings);
Work performed by unauthorized providers;
Consequential damages (e.g., downtime, towing, rental car, lost income);
Cases in which the service invoice has not been paid.

4. Property and Wheel Responsibility

Xpress Oil is not responsible for driveway stains or surface damage unless caused by proven technician negligence.
Wheel removal services are not currently offered. If introduced in the future, the customer will be responsible for rechecking torque after 30 miles.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

Monitor dashboard indicators.
Maintain proper oil and fluid levels between services.
Avoid unauthorized repairs before a warranty claim is resolved.
Ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time.

6. Payment and Cancellation

Payment is processed via secure third-party platforms. Xpress Oil does not store credit card data.
Appointments may be canceled free of charge at least 2 hours prior to the visit.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge of up to 50% of the service cost.
Refunds may be issued if the service can’t be completed due to Xpress Oil’s fault.

7. Claim Process

Contact Xpress Oil during the warranty period.
Provide documentation and allow vehicle inspection.
If the claim is validated, the service will be repeated or repaired at no additional cost.
If denied, a written explanation will be provided.

8. Limitation of Liability

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind.

9. Website Use and Content

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following actions are prohibited:

Scraping, copying, framing, or automated data processing;
Reproducing, altering, or tampering with the site’s code without permission;
Uploading harmful or misleading content.

Xpress Oil reserves the right to restrict access, block users, or modify the Site without notice.

10. User Content (Reviews and Comments)

By posting reviews or comments, you:

Grant Xpress Oil a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and publish the content;
Confirm that it is lawful, respectful, and not misleading;
Acknowledge that Xpress Oil may remove or moderate content at its sole discretion.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Xpress Oil, its staff, and contractors from any claims or damages arising from:

12. Force Majeure

Xpress Oil shall not be liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, or government restrictions.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
